We will comply with obligations imposed on us by applicable Data Protection legislation, including the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Under no circumstances, unless under court decision or legal request, can the data be disclosed.
All client data is protected by an SSL-encrypted connection to our Personal Area.
When you open a real account, certain personal information is required. This information allows us to deem that our services are appropriate, process your requests and transactions, and keep you informed about our upcoming products and services.

OctaFX uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption (also known as HTTPS) for all transmitted data. All the data are sent over an encrypted TLS 1.2 connection. In no case card(s) data are saved nor stored within the infrastructure of OctaFX.
